The hotel is lovely old and upgraded, has extremely friendly staff with great service. As for me location is fantastic and fab, near to the seafront near to the pier, beach and Brighton is known for. There's cool Artbox Cafe not very far from the property, make desserts etc. The room is airy, comes with a great view of the pier as well as very comfortable beds.

Had a great 3 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The location was incredible, close enough to a short stroll to the Pavilion as well as Brighton pier and the lanes, stayed here during my christmas. Meals were excellent, and there was Bison Beer Crafthouse near the hotel.

I didn't want to leave and will certainly stay here again. Came in Brighton to relax and have fun, this old-fashioned hotel was fabulous base for doing it. I've booked double room and everything was perfect. The bathroom was tidy and it had a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets for my convenience. The property was in a MARVELLOUS location, on the sea front. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Bison Beer Crafthouse.
